Back to internship experience. If you go to a good school, have previous internship, have a good network. You'll naturally have more options

Being born into certain family with good genes and etc is luck, but for most(not all) going to a good uni requires you to do good in high school, having previous internship requires you to be interesting enough to get one(or nepo), networking requires you to build it yourself, (or nepo).
