- not cubist so tc ~160k for fulltime
- p72 swe internship is a relatively new program (this is the second year its offered i think)
- ~95% RO rate
- allegedly the firm is growing so less likely to immediately get fired (?)
- 60 hr + 5k bonus
- provided housing in new york
- 10 weeks
- high impact project
- tech is less mature and not operating at global production scale (from prev intern)
- asked prev interns and they had an overall good experience

- around 200k tc for fulltime
- free bfast +lunch
- pretty good work life balance
- Work is pretty interesting
- get ro for ft very late (like november) -> will have to rerecruit
i also have a likely amazon ro (but have been there 2x summer so wanna try something new)
priorities for strong ro to ft, good work life balance, tc, growth in career. most likely will switch companies after 2-3 years after promotion. im not as interested in fintech but its also an opportunity i dont want to regret not trying out. leaning towards snap bc of intern/work culture but wanted to get advice on what people think i should do
