Microsoft – Windows Cloud Experiences (hypo, ~$127k/yr, + $5k sign-on + $15k relocation + ??k RSUs) Can nego a little bit more
Pros:

ppl in the team looks nice

Hybrid role 3 days/week

Cons:

Team is relatively small (10–14 people), so onboarding may be more intense

Tech stack may be unfamiliar (Windows-centric / C++ / internal tooling)

Lower TC

Apple – Ads Platform (hypo)
Pros:

Very strong engineering culture (clean code, high technical bar)

Better WLB?

Less layoff?

Cons:

Still waiting for r2 maybe long process

Stability > Career Growth > TC > WLB

u have to re-interview and do the same loops as someone normal, u can check blind for this

I was there over the summer. An internal hire joined my team and had to do the full interview loop, even though he used to work on my manager’s team 4-5 years ago.
