Multiple reasons

I feel like interns are quite literally treated like second class citizens, RO rate is pretty terrible and recruiters ghost n don’t give any feedback at all… even internship project wise not much direction at all my project was shifted midway after achieving some milestones and it caused a lot of confusion

I interned at another robotics company the next year and I had a far better experience

I find Teslas direction with AP questionable but that’s a topic of its own, reputation wise it is undoubtedly better than Amazon robotics
