My priority is to get a full time return offer, then compensation, then resume value. Intern pay does not matter to me.
I am an international student in Canada and want a return offer for Canada. Both are for toronto (But HubSpot will give me US for internship)

A few reasons:

I came to canada with the idea that its much easier to get residence and eventually citizenship, in addition, I really like the country
Even if I wanted to work in the US, no company with a canadian office and a candidate who can work in canada is going to sponsor H1B (They most likely will sponsor TN, but def not H1B). Even if they would, I don't want to go the H1B route, I know a lot of people in the US on an H1B and they have a sword hanging on their status in the US, I don't want that lol
