talk to recruiter in career fair -> apply -> behavioral mcq -> hireview (forgot to do) -> behavioral interview 1 -> behavioral interview 2 -> offer

i applied last year after career fair but didn't get proc cuz i wasn't rly persistent abt it

this year i went to the recruiter, i had a pretty good fit for the role so she said she'll forward my name, met her in another event and talked to her, and followed up on linkedin after applying
