Wells Fargo: Not sure what team would be, probably a full stack / cloud role. 100k base, 10k sign on, 10-15% performance bonus in the Phoenix metro area.
Southwest Airlines: Cloud data stream team, 97.4k base, not sure if there is a sign on / performance bonus. Fully Remote so i will be living at home.
Realistically, which position would give me the best leeway to move to a big tech company/ would set me up the best for the future (career growth)?
