#

typical progression is like 11 am est 1st rd, 1:30pm for 2nd and then like 330 ish for HR

yeah I had my r2 at 11am and they scheduled my r3 on the call with me for 1:30

then r4 again at the end of that call was scheduled for 3pm

Just because you didn’t hear back same day does not mean you failed. I heard 2 weeks later after round 1 (virtual)
