If biggest worry is RO and you are happy with 90k NG at Best Buy then go with that. But IBM will set you up better for next year even if you don’t get RO from it

The only retail store rly that has some upside to it is Walmart , Best Buy isn't known for having anything cs related while ibm is also a big name in tech world
