JPMC has a better reputation in Tech. Wells Fargo is known to be an "entry level internship" and doesn't have as good mentorship from what i've heard. ive also heard wf is a hit or miss depending on the team. JPMC isn't like the most tech forward bank, but they overall do have a stronger rep. i think jpmc will give you better oppurtunities in the future and also pays more NG

i was signed to wells fargo and reneged earlier this week for capital one bc wells fargo isn't as tech forward compared to a lot of the other banks out there
