@dull phoenix , please remember this is a failure of leadership not you. Leadership messed up badly. Really bad. A big company always has small optimizations and pivots that can impact folks. That's just normal business. However, what's unfolding is something far beyond that and a reflection of just how badly Amazon's most senior leaders have messed up. They're "fixing" a problem that developed on their watch.
Remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it. Adversity like this will only give you the deep, hard-won strength that will carry you as you finally spread your weary, ready wings and take flight.
