yea i was thinking that too... but microsoft is in redmond and i hear from my friends that interned there last year that its kind of boring/slow work but i guess thats also team dependent. but would it provide better resume value than plaid?

even tho microsoft and bloomberg gives better resume value than plaid, i thought it be relatively negligible? like the bar between plaid and google is obvi very high but i thought not so much between plaid and the other two? leaning a little more towards plaid because it seems like microsoft + bloomberg are a little more slower paced and i wanna try out a faster environment, but also kinda hesitant because idk how big of a difference the resume value would make for new grad. maybe i can also push microsoft, idk if bloomberg will allow push...

gotcha, that makes total sense. i think for me the appeal of having a faster paced environment outweighs the resume value boost of a larger company so perhaps thats why i was leaning more plaid. ive had a very positive experience with bloomberg, but havent really felt a connection with any of the teams that ive heard about
