then if its a really good google team, reconsider at that point

@hearty sequoia worth noting that for the last year (or 2?) roblox ro rate is rlly good. ive asked around a couple of ppl who interned this summer and consensus seems to be like 80ish% and if u finish ur project ur more or less set for ro
and also i believe if u return to roblox ng u can ask to be matched to a new team or return to the one u were on if u liked it so if team match doesn't go well thats always an option
but i think its also the same at google w being re-matched for ng

tm isn't a guaranteed offer. i've had a bunch of friends who have gotten to tm stage but don't get matched
it's pretty rng there's not much u can do about it
sometimes in life there isn't a particular reason for things
there's a lot of ppl in team match, managers are busy with meetings all day, and many of them are not taking the time to go through several resumes in-depth and take a bunch of calls, especially for interns.
roblox is better than zon, apple, and microsoft
like just take roblox. If u get google tm, idk if reneging roblox is even worth it for google tbh but it would be up to you
there's like some prestige gap between google and roblox just bc google is google, but roblox talent density is higher anyway and it's prestigious in its own right

i had a friend a couple years ago who got into google tm like first week of sept and still never got a matched
it's just how google's tm process works. many times it's slow, recruiters aren't that transparent, and there's some luck involved
prob it depends on headcount
i'm not saying you're not going to get matched. I'm just saying it's not guaranteed and there's not much u can do to affect the process
