recruiter?
do yall know if its automatically in or out with doing well/bad on the third interview?
since for the first two theres a bit of leeway
i lowk have no idea i don’t even know if i did bad
cooked
Sure
for mine i was able to solve it fully and optimally by starting out with clarifying questions and pseudocode. then he guided me to a different solution and agreed with my method afterwards. so i wrote it and he told me i am on the right track. i finished it and he helped me with some logic issues like misplacing a loop. then i explained some error detection and i told him the time complexity and space complexity. he said good job and that i dont have to worry about the followup because he will only write about the first problem, as well as my current solution being good enough to pass the followup regardless. then i got to ask him some questions at the end about his work!
sounds like u did well man! just curious what topic was asked
i was asked a question abt parsing csv into a data structure! it was honestly easy just a lot of edge cases
i got very lucky and my interviewer was very sweet
wbu?
i havent done mine yet. just curious what u mean by parsing into a data structure? might try it for practice
like your input is a csv file with headers and values. you need to figure out how to parse it where the headers match the values like
header1: value1, header2: value2
is solution split rows by commas, first row is keys to hash table, and the rest of the rows are values?
i assume ur not working with an actual csv file right, maybe like a array of strings or a 2D array to simulate a csv
