What is stack rank? Also did you question only have 3 parts or was there more after? @languid salmon

stack rank is where the company ranks all of the candidates and then gives out offers (as opposed to cutting everyone who doesn't pass right after an interview)

this means that even if you get to HM and perform well in it, you're not guaranteed an offer

true, it's how full-timers are evaluated at a lot of companies for layoffs, but i think doing so for intern is a little overkill
