That’s kind of funny — nobody ever said it was a “return offer.” They literally went through the normal process.

Here’s what HR actually said:
“Thanks for reaching out and your interest in our winternship. If selected to move forward, you will need to recomplete the interview process as it has changed some this year. I hope this helps. If selected to move forward, the team will contact you directly.”

So maybe read that again before talking about “return offers.” HR clearly said everyone needs to re-interview this year if selected to move forward. Not sure why you’re getting all worked up — chill, it’s not that deep. 😃
