want a RO preferably
location somewhat matters - plaid (nyc, sf), duolingo (pittsburgh), vercel (sf)
prestige is the most important to me:

  • highest resume value for big tech recruitment for new grad

also in process for google (but that choice is obvious to take)

Duolingo ro is like 100% and y1 tc is 230k, recurring 205k. If you’re okay with PA you’ll live like a king (they have nyc office as well tho but hard to get)

All are pretty good/equal res value, maybe vercel is slightly higher than the others? Not sure though

Plaid is fine, one of the few to survive fintech winter and still be in a good spot

You'll maybe learn more and grow faster at vercel, possibly vercel will also be more talent dense but plaid is fine if ur interested in fintech or value chill culture
