He didn't pass unfortunately. By thinnest of margins. I think all have to be either hire or strong hire.

Not sure if there's protocol for that
But yes, recruiter does inform the result and I guess depends individually whether they inform about the feedback or not
He asked and the recruiter did mention the feedback from each of them
