Don't get hopes on offer.... I recently interviewed for IBM. They know that I am on OPT but still they interviewed me. After the last round they said we can't proceed with the offer due to work authorization requirements.

It depends on the team ig. I was interviewed for Apptio IBM and they asked me mostly leetcode style questions. Not that difficult. Resume deep dive and behavioral.
