i had gotten strong hire for both of mine i think and still had to wait almost 2 weeks

i’m guessing it’s people getting unlucky with people being ooo that need to be in the meeting to discuss interview performance or something like that

update, recruiter emailed me and said i'll have a decision by oct 30 LMAO

"I wanted to follow up and let you know that we don't have any updates yet on your interview feedback.

It looks like the earliest we can get the updates will be close to Oct 30th. Our reviewing team is working very hard to ensure everyone is being evaluated fairly, and we really appreciate your patience!

i got cooked on the first technical (it was https://leetcode.com/problems/swap-adjacent-in-lr-string/description/) even tho it was tagged bc i didn't do it. did not get any of the edge cases. second one was a stack/time series variation problem that i fully solved. they didn't request a 3rd interview for me. so ifl i didn't get it simply bc the first interview was so bad.
