I was looking on reddit, seems this is the case when your recruiter or hm is being slow or someone else had done better than you but you are the runner up.

what if my appication got transferred twice after the interview?
first one being the job i applied for and the secong ine is the ine i did not apply and appeared to be completed for a day and then sent to inactive with transfer status
