if you pass then you get invited to final round which is two back to back one hour interviews. One is a technology showcase where you basically are given a scenario in advanced which you can prep and someone will ask you about diff technologies and things you would implement. Second is a behavioral

phone screen is about 30 min its a lot of why accenture and then talks about ur experiences

super duper easy, just make sure you research the company (values, mission) and how they used the topic you chose
i did ai and finanical services so i researched how accenture uses it by researching the case studies and stuff
