your resume is super cramped, id drop some projects and rewrite some bullets. be more picky with the projects you list, make sure theyre relevant
for bullets, try not to list out a tech stack, focus more on impact
add a concepts list to your technical skills section
also something seems to be broken in your latex file around where your projects section starts (thats why your bullets are asterisks for them i think)

technically very strong but it is (1) way too cramped (2) the HR reading your resume has no clue abt anything youre talking about. rmb that your resume isnt to appeal to an engineer
