Biggest pro of Apple is non pip culture. Especially in a time when meta has made it clear that no one is safe and they’ll do anything it takes to make green line go up. There’s such a large percentage of people at Apple who have been there 10+ years.

So the answer to ur question is just what you value more. If comp and growth are important id go with meta, but if you want more interesting work and don’t want to worry about getting pipped 24/7 apple is better
