and using whatever data you have and doing operations with a hashmap

tech is cashback, fraud detection, or less commonly loan offer

I went through like hours of discord messages but you can prob find it on discord tldr for cashback you parse a list into a hashmap and then you use the variables to calcualte the amount in cashback

then you return the top n per month

for fraud you do the same thing basically with parsing but you find the average of the transactions and then you apply some fraud condition

and for the part you write up some system

For loan offer i odn't have much detail but like

"mine was storing monthly balances & calculating a credit score to see which
loan offer to provide"
