So as said above, ymmv. But doing tagged is generally a good way to prepare since many of the tagged questions are just good questions in general

Would you recommend just doing 30 days tagged or 3 month tagged (that may be too many problems though)

Idek what the 3month/30days lists are based off. For example you'd see the 30 days list being updated during the months bb wasn't even interviewing
