i'd say if u can finnagle stripe and figma and get one of them to do winter and that's something ur down for then do figma

i had a bad exp as did others but not everyone did

don't think stripe wlb is all that bad except in pockets, i bet the distribution is rather similar to figma

fwiw i also think ppl at figma are working longer hours than u think they're just wfh for those hours

ya even w my situation i tell ppl if ur a sophomore or u can do two internships and the other is reliable for RO then figma isn't a terrible pick

as long as u don't try advocating for urself 😹 and u don't engage in any conversation that is remotely casual even if recruiters are asking u to

as long as u don't do those two things u will be ok at figma you might not get RO but you won't be traumatized

also don't ever say anything to a recruiter that could even be remotely considered ur mentor isn't doing smth

and the recruiter did nothing to help and word on the street is she was talking about it to other ft in a way that damaged the intern’s reputation, either while investigation was ongoing or right after
