Jump tech ops vs Jane linux engineer?

Jump pros:
Standard tooling, not using ocaml for everything (big importance to me, for moving back to faang if need be)
Decent prestige

Jane pros:
More known, better internship resume impact(?)
comp seems to be significantly higher on average for infra at jane(?)
They performed really really well this year

Both have really smart people and are really chill, I think work wise also its pretty equal in terms of personal satisfaction and worker friendliness. Also if anyone knows anything abt if intern negotiation, plez thanks

its like their umbrella program for interns and after that they match u with a specific "role"

all the currrents i talked to said that ocaml wasn't an issue if they wanted to transition

but ifl this is just a generally held opinion amongst jane streeters

i got past almost every big tech screen i applied to after working at a quant significantly worse than jane/jump
