i did high school robotics so maybe my opinion is colored but i don’t find it all that impressive. also timeframe for high school robotics is very little (typically the people who are actually decent have done it for 6+ years). i would try to replace asap with research/ta/university level club exp

like top achievement as state judges award is not super impressive i would say
