i would personally dumb down the bullet points into something business oriented for a recruiter to understand

#

for example, improving inference speed doesn't make much sense to a recruiter but saying

#

Increased response speed of LLM by x% doing blah blah blah

#

recruiters read left to right, first 2-3 bullet points only, so make sure business purpose is within the first few words of the bullet point and most impactful bullet points come first
