I would personally put education at the bottom and remove its dates due to age bias by recruiters. Experience matters much more. Italics for the experience months.
Technical skills section feels redundant I see it so often in resumes. Recruiters hate when it’s just spammed with key words. I would remove it and make sure to use them in the experience.
