I think prestige is prob higher with zon just cuz its “technically” faang. It also pays more, especially for industry hires. (Industry hire zon vs msft is like a 50k diff, prob contributes a little to talent density, and therefore prestige, idek tho)

Pay diff at next level at zon vs next level at msft is very huge im p sure

Sde jntern count is overblown. Its high, but prob more like 3-5k as opposed to 10k or 20k like some ppl think

Also work varies from team to team no matter the company
