I just went out to apply for the past 2 months and thought I would do well, but most recruiter screens didn’t seem to like me. It got me really down especially since I didn’t know if I would have my current position at that time.

I know. I felt like the people just didn’t like me as a person or didn’t really believe in me.

All I did was talk about my internship experience, the projects I worked on, and what I was looking for and my personal interests

#

I just went out there, answered the questions honestly and tried to be myself

#

A lot of times, it feels like I did well, then I receive a rejection like 5 days later

But thank goodness it’s over now. I hope the rest of your recruiting goes well, and that you can get processes from great companies that believe in you
