I had a phone call today and waiting for confirmation for final onsite.
oo good luck seems like the process is pretty quick
my rec said in phone call that id be moving on
Me too
They told me how many rounds but not get confirmation
Yes 2 bro
congrats you too. Let's hope for the best 🔥
workin u?
Is this for swe new grad 2025?
yes
Am having a call with the hiring manager next week..u guys know what to expect?
I have the interview tomorrow
All three rounds in the same day
Do yall know what to expect
I am pretty sure about the pan lc questions , prepd my resume and also basic sys design and behavioral questions
How deep they go into sys design?
All you guys are bachelors or masters?
When was your behavioral interview, and when did you get the email to send your availablity for the technical rounds?
When did you all apply and which role ?
@storm ember , how was the interview. What did they ask?
Fucked me up big time
Ive given around 14 interviews
Covered all faang except netflix
But this one was the hardest
Even Google l4 was easy compared to this
Happened like 3 weeks ago
What did they ask in the interview?
@storm ember , So coding was hard or did they ask some technical cryptography/security questions? How was the behavioral ?
Behavioral was fucked up
They kept making every component harder and harder
It was based on LLM event management
The interviewer told me to assume the worst case in every component and asked to fix it
Even drilled me down on security concepts
@storm ember i too am told that there are some 30 candidates before you to schedule their interview. Any help about what each round looked like could really help. 🙏🏻
Nothing was standard in my case
I prepped leetcode
But nothing came up for me
Prepped the regular sys design but was asked a completely new question regarding designing llm systems
Behavioral
Was standard
Thats strange pattern for interview! So all rounds where sys design and no lc?
mine was pretty chill
one interview sys design but basic like what apis needed etc
on interview coding but pretty basic not super algo heavy
uh 9/19 and 9/22
have u had interview yet?
do u need sponsorship?
are u masters or bachelors?
ah . pretty sure they decided not to sponsor
so all applicants needing sponorship were rejected unfortunately
pretty unprofessional tbh
yeahh if only they would just be honest about it. cus the job application changed from accepting bachelors who dont need sponsorship or masters who need sponsorship to just bachelors who dont need sponsorship
thank u bro
just look at their open swe postings
its only SWE - bachelors now
the original posting was SWE bachelors/masters, and in description it states my sponsorship details
new posting says only no sponsorship
also other people on reddit had this happen too who needed sponsorship theres a few comments about same thing
so i mean its not certain but its very plausible
