Zon always had “hiring freeze” around August. They are just trying to figure out headcount. Stop tweaking and go enjoy rest of ur summer

for ng if manager+mentor+skip agree ur good
then it gets passed to AUTA
where if ur team has space and lines up with your loc pref
you get your team
or else they play match maker
which can delay RO
by a while
or have rej
random perch
