maybe add tools & technologies skills section. "alongside devops" is unclear. 2nd point in class scheduling project can be remade to "designed restful apis handling x requests to serve y purpose"
im ca too. only 1 internship w/o a referrel lol
yeah good point its a little ambiguous
as a CA hows the internship season for you so far?
it’s okay, trying to get better offer than ones i have right now though
especially for summer 2026
yeah it seems like only loo students are getting interviews from the better companies rn... maybe its early in the cycle but us non-loo scrubs just gotta keep grinding
loo and uoft too good compared to rest ig 😪 im ubc
@inner arch sorry to ping but can you take a quick look? I saw ur previous advice and refactoredmy resume to follow it. ❤️
lgtm
US Citizen > Citize
dont think that matters much lol but nit
yep this is good tho
thx for applying my feedback i saw ur ping yday (or sometime recently?) but wasnt able to respond at that moment and forgot
thanks for taking a look. quick q. do you think in general its a good idea to have multiple vers of a resume? ex. frontend, backend focused. I think one thing I'm struggling with is that a lot of my resume is ML but I'm targetting general swe roles.
- ive only used python, js, and c++ in my jobs. should I maybe aim for more breadth maybe in projects? like a java project, etc. does that matter to employers?
yeah idt its a bad idea. i used to do it before i centered in on which roles im applying to / what i want on resume
i had 3 (swe, ml, gamedev/c++)
hmm, idk that another project will help that much
if u have time yeah diversifying isnt a bad thing but idk if its worth the time
