yea this is cap guys u dont get banned or anything, ur code just doesnt get verified and company wont move forward with ur app. You can apply again next year. I got flagged for db in 2023 but applied again in 2024 and no problems then.
Also the sharing part is weird for everyone, I couldnt share my SIG score either. I took two GCAs just for SIG and couldnt share either (including sharing the first SIG GCA with SIG so wtf?)
So maybe same applies to c1
