I think I would go towards Meta (assuming you don't have a strong interest in frontend development). Mainly around the merit that the team sounds more business critical than the google option

because I feel like it would be messy to join meta for a few months then leave, I would have to pay lots of money back and they might blacklist for that.
Also it’s hard how to quantify what a good team is. Without actually working on the team and just off a 30m team match call you might think it’s a good/bad team but you won’t really know until after you join.

You can find out about your team 1 month before joining. Ask/Mail your recruiter. They can see it. Some recs were able to tell at most 1 month before the start date.
