congrats on uiuc
ya the YC
thing is a bit off
ðŸ˜
Scale TA and Cisco should be more then enough
-inconsistent months, remove the periods and keep consistency
ngl i don’t think anything can get you proc at every company
Yeah remove y comb, youre lacking in leadership initiative but idk thats company dependant
Stop putting 2 bulletpoints in one by using ; idk why people do it
Generalize your role to nearest role, r u a teaching assistant or ds intern, pick one. Same thing with other roles
Try to remove noise from your bullet points, I dont think anyone would care that youve engaged in preliminary tasks and project exploration regardless of what lab its at since theres no achievement there - or you can just mention something highly impactful youve done there but its a lot of noise w/ ur current state
Remove + sign, should be a general estimate
Other than that pretty good
you probably have a good chance at all of these (idk ab db tho) but there's still rng in getting the proc
does leadership acc matter? i don't have any leadership/ec's on res ngl lol
Yeah it does, usually required for specific companies
Bloomberg would be one example, not sure off the top of my head but they will ask ec questions and recruiters will make sure you have ec's and interests outside of work
But most companies look for initiative so uh gl
i have interests outside of work
they prolly don’t wanna see shitposting tho
would appretiate feedback on this resmue. Aiming for same thing as op.
Holy orz orz orz orz!!!!
we are all to ngmi.
yes bro he’s asking the wrong people. faang swes should do his resume review not us 😑
It’s not about the experiences. I mean the resume overall. Is there something it’s missing. Or is there some formatting that could be improved? Readability?
