scale ai intern ๐Ÿฅ€

startup exp is good, but your res is like more than half LLM and AI focused, and then weirdly also appeals for like quant (really good chess player, logic and game theory, etc.). for swe you need customer impact and at least one impressive/impactful project (i'd replace the second one)

oops i should def mention that

that makes it better yeah, your biggest issue is still how varied your experience/projects are. make sure you look like youre targeting a role as much as possible. you should def be getting OAs, id be less surprised if you werent getting interviews; they'll tend to pick people that are better fits for an exact role

I have 2 years of experience as a software engineer and my resume is worse than yours ๐Ÿ˜‚ if you're struggling to get OAs, the market is doomed ๐Ÿ˜ญ

i mean depends on the company and time of applying. you need to make sure youre getting to roles early, and for FAANG, youre like an average applicant (out of those with a shot)

#

for adjacent companies you should be pretty good though
