i know that referrals were nerfed for new grad later on in the ‘25 process, it’s good you’re getting it in early. GL

you will have better luck if their role is ‘technical sourcer’. university recruiters respond to in-process emails and technical sourcers are the ones who actually look for people and send them to the university recruiters
