No info on Amazon, but I have heard not great things about Squarepoint engineering culture. And most of their teams seems to have poor wlb as well in montreal. Squarepoint engineering teams that support more back office tools seems to be better in terms of wlb.

There are good orgs and bad orgs and good teams within bad orgs and bad teams within good orgs
I would avoid anything that sounds kind of iffy/not profitable right now such as Personalization and most stuff in Devices, because there are periodic layoffs in those orgs in addition to OLR/stack ranking that is meant to push out the bottom 5%
