Wassup bro I'm Viet too, would you be down to connect and do some mock interviews together? Your resume looks solid, lots of strong metrics and clear impact. Lowkey, if you're thinking of adding another experience, I say go for it without deleting the research exp, just trim some of the longer bullets to keep it clean overall.

hii, I'm vietnamese too. If you are open I'd love to join and have a chat with yall, since I didn't have much experience in interviewing 😭
Anyway back to resume:

  • Overall really orz, strong word and metrics (way better than me 😅). I think you are just a little unlucky for the zon intern. Idt I have any suggestions for rewording
  • I'd say maybe limit 3 bullet points / job. Pick those with strong tech/metric. Maybe you can throw all bullet points to linkedin/personal website/workday
  • As hoang mentioned, research exp can be kept if there's space (maybe cut to 2 instead of 3) b/c some bullet points are related to SWE.
  • Projects: no cmt, it's great to have a team like that. Maybe cut some tech (about 3-4), as it's even longer than the name
  • Technical skills: imo list the ones you are confident, don't list those u just used only once. but you can keep it to pass ATS.
