Pretty standard amazon interview. 3 rounds -

Bar raiser with lp. Asked 3 questions with lots of follow up. I didnt prepare at all for this.

Round 2 was 30 min lp and 30 min coding.

Round 2 and 1 were my strongest. Vibed with them, my humour matched theirs, bonded over tough starting weeks.

Round 3: 2 leet code question. First one was pretty easy something double pointer. I explained my solution and what i was thinking. Bro was so satisfied told me to not code and just started asking “what if i change this..” he asked 4 follow ups on that. Had to explain each one and didnt code anything.

Moved to 2nd question. Graph. I was confused so actually asked lots of question and he told me i am asking good questions. Coded and solved it but because i misunderstood the question a bit the answer wasnt ideal for the original.

We actually went 20 min above the time limit on round 3.

Huh. Thats was my round 2. 30 min lp and 30 code. If your recruiter said it then it might be true for you. My round 1 was all lp and round 3 all coding
