i agree
also like I know times are tough, but you’re only in your early 20s man
swe isn’t for everyone, and a certain amount of people need to fail for others to succeed
but also like
just because you have a degree doesn’t mean you deserve a high-paying job
if you’re just doing it for the salary it might not be for you
but if you’re doing it for the love of the game, go make a gpt wrapper startup
ima contractor in a start up, it's a part time gig
wtf does that mean?
no, just A job
Whoa, I never thought of this before ! 🤨
The first bullet point wasn't explicit enough?
as in like technical wise
same question. I think the bullet points are pretty technical.
Like
What new feature did you develop
Saying just agile and dev ops
Maintaining is a bad word, say what you actively worked on
I don't know why it would be a bad word considering I mostly did maintenance (meaning bug and defect fixes, optimizing queries and such), but I get your point. Although I don't know what I should put there instead.
Mmmh, I can think of one or two things I did develop, I'll try that.
Honestly, I don't know how much better I can make this resume with just a few Github projects if I do those. If I had ANY idea it was gonna be like this, I definitely would've done more that 1 internship.
You know the matrix is bugging when college grads have to send hundreds of application to get a few interviews, and not just in software/IT, it's everywhere recently.
i mean you should stop crashing out
a degree also doesn’t mean you deserve a job
