#Sophomore trying to get an internship but struggling to get interviews

Just say software engineer
founding engineer devalues the company
since anyone can claim they are a founding engineer
it just sounds tacky imo
I thought it would imply I did a lot of things from scratch.
I was considering of possibily replacing some experience with 2 frontend ones but they're hard to flex imo at least
I could be wrong
One worked at an a non profit org and another by building a website for a hackathon but felt repetitive bc I did similar things
are u gonna be a junior after this summer
Nope. Just sophomore.
Maybe I should have made it clear mb
nah i was just curious
Maybe do something like SWE & Founder?
I will just keep it as swe. The founder part is not that important
I updated my resume to have 5 experience and one project. Not sure if it's a good idea since I noticed some only put 3?
Also not sure if adding leading experience or founding experience is good but I noticed that some companies care about soft skills so i thought this might help.
Its up to you, most people don't even have 5 experience so that might be why. Depends on whether that last experience is more worthwhile than the project you're removing.
Idk about the soft skills tho I have no clue whether or not it helps
Yeah, I added it recently and I am definitely getting rejected bc of it (not adding grad date).
yeah, I am aware. I have been thinking of possibly pretending to be junior and see if I get interviews. If I am still not getting interviews yet but the goal is to optimize my resume to see if being a sophomore is the problem or my resume.
and if it's still my resume then I will try to optimize it better until it becomes pretty good.
