Asked for application status update once in march and yesterday. Both time got automated responses. But then recruiter reached out near the end of the day yesterday and scheduled a call with me today to go over some “good news”. And turns out, the good news was an offer.
Interview results (Questions were all medium level):
1st technical: optimal solution for both Qs. I think this went extremely well. I finished both Qs in 30 minutes.
2nd technical: suboptimal solutions + buggy code.
Follow-up technical: all optimal solution but few things I can improve on.
- missed an edge case
- gave wrong space complexities
behavioural: ehh, don’t know how to judge this but I think it was average. I was able to answer all the questions and follow-up questions with examples from my experiences.
