Isn't STAR the template as such

just use star method and try to incorporate LPs into your answer (demonstrate them implicitly), customizer obsession and ownership are usually the easiest LPs to fall back on

Yes I would say demonstrate customer obsession in your answers because that's one LP
Similarly for other LPs, try to involve 3-4 in your answers across all the behavioral questions

idk they mention star in the interview invite so the interviewer might be looking for that

they'll be taking notes on ur answers and stuff

use SPSIL instead: situation, problem, solution, impact, lessons

in practice STAR is great

but i notice ppl often lose the plot when they try too hard to fit their answer into STAR format

i guess instead of treating it as like a super rigid guideline just try to remember like include context, include results/impact etc.
