For res value I think it goes Snowflake > Waymo > Adobe. However, there is not that much of a gap between waymo and snowflake.

For RO I think it goes Adobe > Waymo = Snowflake.

If you are looking for more interesting work, I would go for Waymo as they are Pre IPO and prolly have a lot of future projects coming up.
