Yes I think snow is highly valuable and will add more res value than most FAANGs at least in the tech place. Most companies excluding quant imo won’t have an interview process as hard as snowflake, so I think you will be set next cycle even if you do not get an RO

Better res value that Snowflake
Once you have flake on res, DBricks will def notice you, they keep hiring from each other
